This Is my Story

Ole's Adventure is a family business, founded by Ole Mapashi Haki who is born an raised Massai in Tanzania. Ole is passionate in providing unique experiences for his travelers who is seeking cultural-and safari adventures, off the beaten track. Ole Mapashi: My story is that I have been working most of my life as a pastoralist and guide for many tourists around the world. I managed to learn English from a young age working in Zanzibar where I later got a scholarship and moved to Aarhus in Denmark where I have lived for 9 years. I was able to learn the Danish language  and culture. And I tried to form a life there, but my true calling is my home country, so in 2019 I went back to Tanzania where I today live with my family. Ever since, I have been working close together with an NGO named Jengo who works with empowering maasai women through education. Aside from that that, I've been working within the safari industry as a professional and licensend tour guide in National parks all over Tanzania. My great joy in life is making people happy and give them a smile on their face. I bring great pride in given my visitors and guests a unique experience they will never forget.
